Stuffed breast of guinea fowl with a variety of Jerusalem artichokes, potato timbale and chanterelle a la crème


Grilled Danish ribeye steak with a variety of parsnip, pickled tomatoes with thyme and garlic and pepper sauce




Plum trifli with nut crumble and burned meringue


Poached Danish pear with vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate sauce
