Creamy pea soup with dry-cured ham, croutons and red cress
Smoked summer venison with grilled mini romaine salad, smoked soft cheese, raw-pickled lingonberries and watercress
The Inn’s cold smoked salmon with cured cucumber, cottage cheese, radishes and lovage oil

Baked cod with pointed cabbage, pearl barleyotto and white wine sauce with rosemary
Stuffed cockerel breast with green asparagus, root vegetables, smashed potatoes and raspberry glace
Grilled Danish veal with Brussel sprouts, pea puree, and new potatoes with butter, sea salt and chervil cream

 

 

Desserts

 

Red chocolate ganache with a variety of raspberries and almond crumble
Selection of cheeses from small dairies with pickles, sweets and crisps
Rhubarbs with pickled summer berries and vanilla ice cream
