Smoked summer venison with grilled mini romaine salad, smoked soft cheese, raw-pickled lingonberries and watercress
The Inn’s cold smoked salmon with cured cucumber, cottage cheese, radishes and lovage oil

Baked cod with pointed cabbage, pearl barleyotto and white wine sauce with rosemary
Stuffed cockerel breast with green asparagus, root vegetables, smashed potatoes and raspberry glace
Grilled Danish veal with Brussel sprouts, pea puree, and new potatoes with butter, sea salt and chervil cream





Red chocolate ganache with a variety of raspberries and almond crumble
